- Health Plan. Three plan options, all on national PPO network of doctors and hospitals. Deductibles, copayments and out of pocket maximums well below the national averages. Softtek pays 100% of base plan cost (covers employee only).
- Dental Plan. Multiple plan options, all on national PPO network with over 563,850 locations. Softtek pays 100% of base plan cost (covers employee only).
- Vision Plan. Comprehensive plan covering office visits, exams, frames and contacts. Plan has access to large national network of providers. Softtek pays 100% cost of plan (covers employee only).
- Life & Disability Insurance. All employees are provided life insurance as well as short and long term disability. Employees have the option of purchasing additional amounts of life insurance for themselves, their spouse and dependent children.
- Employee Assistance Program. This no cost program provides professional assistance to all employees and their immediate family. Covers issues such as personal and work related stress, family relations, bereavement, legal issues, crisis counseling and more.
- Pre-Paid Legal Service. Optional plan that gives employees access to professional legal help to prevent or resolve financial and legal matters. Access to over 12,000 attorneys for in-office appointments and unlimited telephone advice.
- Voluntary Group Accident Insurance. Optional plan that pays a set cash benefit if you are diagnosed with an illness covered by the insurance. Payment is in a lump sum, regardless of any insurance you may have in force.
- Voluntary Hospital Indemnity. Optional plan that pays a set cash benefit if you are admitted to the hospital for a covered accident or illness. The benefits are paid directly to you.
- Auto and Home Insurance. Program is no longer available to new companies and is only offered to existing customers like Softtek. Gives employees the option to purchase homeowners and auto insurance at discounted group rates.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan & Health Savings Accounts. We incentivize saving for the future by offering employer contributions to employees who enroll in Health Savings Accounts and a matching provision for our 401(k) plan participants.
