MONTERREY — October 1, 2026 — Softtek, a global software engineering partner, today welcomed David Jiménez as Global CEO, completing the leadership transition announced in April. Blanca Treviño, who led Softtek for 26 years as CEO, now serves as Executive President and continues as President of the Board.
Jiménez was selected through a formal process led by Softtek's Executive Committee with Russell Reynolds Associates. He has spent 15 years at Softtek, most recently as Managing Director of the Consumer Packaged Goods vertical, one of Softtek’s largest businesses.
“Our clients don't need more AI pilots. They need AI that ships: in production and tied to results they can measure," said Jiménez. "My focus is on putting the client at the center of every decision and making AI part of how we sell, deliver and operate every day. Our people are what make that possible."
In his first months, Jiménez will meet with clients and reinforce an AI-First approach to Softtek’s capabilities.
“David knows this company from the inside, values its culture and understands the needs of our clients,” said Treviño. “I'm confident in David's leadership and look forward to working alongside him as Executive President.”
