In 2024, Softtek launched a holistic well-being strategy aimed at creating meaningful experiences to support both physical and mental health. Collaborating closely with its insurance provider, Softtek maximized benefits and brought in experts to lead engaging webinars on wellness topics, including burnout prevention, stress management, and nutrition.
To facilitate engagement for all employees, Softtek offers virtual and in-person fitness classes, such as yoga and kickboxing, with on-demand sessions for flexible participation.

In addition to fitness and health-focused activities, Softtek integrated fun hybrid initiatives like a holiday cookie decorating bash, where employees received kits by mail, and in-person events fostering connection and team spirit.
To encourage participation, Softtek implemented a reward system for wellness activities, including webinars, fitness classes, and sponsored races. Monthly Kahoot trivia challenges also kept employees engaged with wellness themes, encouraging friendly competition and learning.
Softtek continued to celebrate personal milestones with personalized birthday greetings and thoughtful gifts, including special recognition for Mother's Day and Father's Day, reinforcing a culture of care and recognition.
