Technology operations don’t have to be a cost you defend every budget cycle
Our AI that Ships principle starts with a business outcome and the engineering needed to keep AI working in production. In Digital IT Operations, it takes shape as Softtek Agentic Technology Operations (ATO).
Softtek ATO brings AI agents, engineers, operational knowledge, and business context into one governed way of working across enterprise technology operations.
Agents interpret what is happening, establish context, and bring your engineer a probable cause and a recommended action. The engineer approves before anything executes in production. Every action is logged and attributable. Every resolution returns to the platform, so the next incident starts from a solved problem instead of someone’s memory.
Run the model with FRIDA, your approved AI environment, or both. As agents reuse operational knowledge and approved automations, capacity can grow without headcount growing at the same rate.
The operating model came first
The business-function maps, SOPs, architecture knowledge, and controls behind Softtek ATO come from more than four decades in enterprise operations. The agents run on that codified experience.
Nearshore pioneer
We pioneered nearshore to keep technology close to the business. Same working hours mean faster decisions and fewer handoffs. AI raises the value of that proximity: recommendations can be challenged and production changes approved while the case is still moving.
One owner across domains
Operational problems rarely respect service tower boundaries. A symptom may appear in one domain while its cause sits in another. Softtek ATO keeps the diagnosis and accountability connected until the issue is resolved.
Responsible AI, independently certified
Softtek was the first technology company in Latin America certified to ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems.
An operating foundation already proven in production
Softtek ATO builds on the engineering practices, automation, operational knowledge, and accountability already behind results like these.

Digital Workplace
Digital Workplace
Keep employees productive with agentic service support, endpoint intelligence, and approved self-healing. A recurring device issue can be found and fixed before it becomes another ticket.
Focus areas:
- Service desk and deskside support
- Endpoint and device management
- Collaboration and productivity
- Digital employee experience
Application Management
Application Management
Run and improve application estates spanning custom software, SaaS, SAP, and other enterprise platforms. Agents support triage, diagnosis, fixes, testing, and documentation while keeping each case tied to the business process at risk.

Infrastructure and cloud
Infrastructure and cloud
Operate data center, network, server, database, middleware, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments with shared context across them. Agents support provisioning, patching, diagnosis, capacity decisions, cloud posture reviews, and cost optimization. Engineers always approve what changes.
Focus areas:
- Hybrid infrastructure operations
- Cloud operations
- Automation, AIOps, and SRE
- Capacity, resilience, and cost
Observability
Observability
Bring logs, metrics, traces, topology, and business context into one operational view. Teams can cut through alert noise, spot anomalies sooner, and see what a signal could mean for payments, bookings, fulfillment, or the people waiting on them.
Focus areas:
- Unified telemetry
- Event correlation
- Business-impact analysis
- Predictive response and guided remediation
Four disciplines applied across every service
These are not four isolated service towers. Softtek ATO applies all four across every service in the portfolio.
Operate
Keep endpoints, applications, infrastructure, and cloud running, updated, and performing across the service portfolio.
Observe
Correlate workplace, application, infrastructure, cloud, and log signals with business processes in real time. See what’s at risk, not just what alarmed.
Improve
Reduce technical debt, rationalize the portfolio, and use agents, automation, and self-service to improve experience and cost.
Govern
Keep service performance, risk, change, experience, and contract commitments visible and accountable in one model.
One platform. One response across service towers
A business operations issue may start with a user request or alert, then trace back through infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
Three cases. Three investigations.

Applications
We build an integrated agentic operations platform that connects the agents, tools, data, and operational knowledge to move each case through one shared workflow:
Understand
Correlate
Diagnose
Recommend
Resolve
Learn
Every step is instrumented to measure response time, time to resolution, and business impact
Every outcome feeds back into a shared knowledge base so the next case starts ahead
Softtek ATO works on the stack that fits
We can configure the capabilities you already have, provide a platform fully powered by FRIDA, or combine the two.
Composable FRIDA agent catalogue across:
- Application Operations
- ERP
- Agentic Observability
- Infra & Cloud

Your tools stay put
Your enterprise context, already loaded
Autonomous action, human accountability
Your data can stay home

Pick a costly workflow or critical business function, then scale.
SUCCESS STORY | GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER
Achieved zero service disruptions while reducing infrastructure support costs by 33%
Softtek strengthened global infrastructure resilience using observability-driven operations and nearshore delivery.
How is Softtek ATO different from AIOps?
AIOps is one part of the picture. It helps correlate telemetry, detect anomalies, and reduce alert noise. Softtek ATO connects that insight to business context and carries the case through diagnosis, governed action, documentation, and learning.
Do we have to replace our current tools or use FRIDA?
No. Softtek ATO connects with the ITSM, monitoring, observability, CMDB, knowledge, architecture, and automation tools already in place. Use your approved AI environment, bring in FRIDA where something is missing, or use FRIDA to power the model end to end.
Can Softtek ATO agents make changes in production?
Only within permissions and automation policies approved by your engineers. Agents can recommend a fix, guide an engineer, or execute an action that has already been authorized. Every action is logged, and people remain accountable for production outcomes.
Can our data stay inside our environment?
Yes. Where telemetry or operational knowledge cannot leave, the approved agent runtime can operate inside your environment while ITSM, monitoring, CMDB, and knowledge remain on your network. When FRIDA is used, client information grounds execution at runtime; it is not used to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
Is Softtek ATO meant to replace our operations team?
No. It changes how the workload scales. Agents take on more repeatable, context-heavy work. Engineers set boundaries, test recommendations, approve production changes, handle exceptions, and remain accountable for the result.
Where should we start with Softtek ATO?
Start with one high-volume, high-cost, or business-critical function or workflow. Softtek maps the systems, knowledge, dependencies, controls, and baseline, then validates ATO alongside the current operation. Scale only what proves useful.
