Our Integrity program fosters a strong ethical culture at Softtek through clear policies, transparent processes, ongoing training programs, and a formal, secure reporting line. It promotes the values of integrity, honesty, and respect to strengthen trust with our stakeholders.

To foster an environment of integrity, honesty, and respect, we have a Code of Ethics that guides decision-making and promotes responsible behavior. It is the highest guide for promoting ethical conduct among our stakeholders and serves as the foundation for the various policies that shape our culture of integrity.

At Softtek, we build a culture of integrity through training, tools, communications, and ethics-related content shared from onboarding and throughout each person’s professional career.

We have a Global Ethics Committee and Local Ethics Committees that oversee compliance with our organization’s ethical principles and standards.

A confidential and secure channel to report, anonymously or by name, any potential violation of our Code of Ethics, internal policies, commercial agreements, or conduct that may go against the law.

This reporting mechanism is permanently available on our public website and can be used by both our employees and third parties connected to our organization.
