Our client was going through a digital transformation of its eCommerce to keep pace with other supermarket competitors, increase customer satisfaction, and accelerate business agility. While many of its frontend and backend eCommerce channels had already been updated, their benefits couldn't be achieved due to the siloed and disparate technology behind its product master data (MDM) function.
