How Softtek comes into play

Softtek has been a trusted nearshore partner for our client for over a decade, providing continuous security audit and remediation services for its portfolio of over 2,500 applications. We take a solution-agnostic approach, conducting ongoing black box testing to identify real-time security threats in live environments. After analyzing the applications, we provide remediation recommendations and re-scan for validation after improvements are implemented.

Our client also leveraged our global nearshore presence, cybersecurity, AMS, and development capabilities for other projects during this partnership, two of which include:

Migrate all databases to the cloud, as it provides enhanced security features over on-premises and improves remote data access.

Provide application development and management services for the client’s global scheduling platform by replacing individual applications with a mobile version using adaptive windows. This helped HR and area managers conduct scheduling and compensation activities with greater transparency while reducing application management costs for the platform.
