Recognizing the importance of employee experience in attracting and retaining the best talent, our client sought to redesign the onboarding process for new hires across Latin America. Its main goals centered around enhancing process visibility, automating processes, and elevating the experience for both business users and new hires.

How Softtek comes into play

Softtek’s cross-functional team of insurance experts worked closely with the client to ideate and implement the new onboarding solution. We started by identifying pain points with key HR users, then assessed the client’s corporate technology stack to identify areas of opportunity.

Since the client was already a licensee of Microsoft Power Platform, we based our solution entirely on our client’s existing tech stack for significant cost savings and accelerated time to market. Leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate, our Agile teams addressed the client’s initial pain points and built an interface for non-technical users to automate and enhance additional processes as needs evolve, harnessing Microsoft’s low-code and no-code capabilities.
