Scope and main applications: test case and test plan creation, manual test execution, regular test coverage reporting, testing and monitoring tools creation, and mobile and desktop testing (front site, domain page, SSL, hosting, website builder, etc.)

Flexible team structure: Softtek quickly ramped up to 20 QA engineers according to the client’s requirements. The team remained scalable to meet fluctuating demand and provided ad-hoc QA and testing services as needed.

Nearshore delivery: Delivered a highly competitive cost model by balancing on-site and nearshore service delivery from advantageous locations.
