The Client

A leading health and wellness brand, offering a diverse portfolio of nutrition, skincare, and cosmetics products through a global direct-selling network.

The Situation

When you're building mobile apps that scale, infrastructure shouldn't slow you down.

As part of a push to support new mobile application development, the client needed scalable, cost-effective infrastructure and faster release cycles. But inconsistent CI/CD practices across teams, alongside an incomplete DevOps Pipeline Accelerator project, created a fragmented deployment process. Developers depended on DevOps teams for environment provisioning, slowing delivery and creating governance risks. To accelerate development while maintaining strong security and compliance, the organization needed a standardized, self-service CI/CD framework and a reliable, serverless backend that could flex with demand.

The Solution

Service overview

DevOps pod delivering serverless AWS backend and standardized CI/CD pipelines for mobile development. Included reusable GitLab CI templates, multi-environment support, and governed self-service deployments.

Approach

Adapted AWS’s DevOps Pipeline Accelerator for GitLab CI/CD, enabling IaC deployments across accounts and environments. Added monitoring, compliance, and role-based access for secure, self-service infrastructure.

Key actions
  1. Developed and validated predictive anomaly detection models.
  2. Automated alerting to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD).
  3. Built feedback loops to refine ML models and detection thresholds.
  4. Delivered dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
  5. AWS services included SageMaker, Fargate, Lambda, S3, Batch, and Application Load Balancer for cloud-native delivery.

Driving Results

  • Enabled consistent, self-service infrastructure deployments, reducing setup time and manual effort.
  • Lowered operational costs through serverless scaling and pay-as-you-go architecture.
  • Reduced time-to-market for new mobile app features via standardized CI/CD pipelines.
  • Minimized deployment risks with mirrored environments and integrated compliance validation.
  • Freed DevOps teams to focus on governance and optimization instead of provisioning.

Bottom line

We make AWS DevOps enablement Simple, Smart, Reliable—so mobile teams can build, launch, and scale without bottlenecks or budget bloat.
