Creating the right environment for extraordinary things to happen can only be achieved by listening to our own Softtekians. Twice a year we carry out our organizational climate diagnosis called the Engagement Index, evaluating 4 dimensions that provide us with indicators to define our annual strategy.

Talent Development

We constantly maximize the potential of Softtek University, a platform where we provide essential content and training for the development of our professionals. 

We have a Global Learning Model, whose main objective is to have each Softtekian understand, and master a given subject. The model has 4 stages:

  • Awareness
  • Assimilation
  • Creation or meaningful learning
  • Internalization

Every year we generate more than 400k training hours globally.

Our own Olympic Games! A global event with various sports that is held every year. More than a thousand Softtekians from all over the world gather to celebrate a balanced and healthy lifestyle.


FITME

Our virtual nutritionist! FitMe creates nutritional plans and suggests semi-customized exercise routines, based on physical and biochemical health indicators, habits and risk factors for each individual. 


BENEFIT

Our virtual gym! A platform with on-demand videos of physical activities and exercises to strengthen the body and promote health. 


THE MINDFUL PATH

Through this program, we learn the basics of practicing Mindfulness and initiate the awakening of our consciousness.


eSOFTTEKIADA

Virtual video game tournament that unites the Softtekian gamer community around the world and encourages healthy competition.

We manage talent strategicially. We start with a process of evaluation and feedback, establish objectives and an individual development plan based on individual skills, and then identify the steps that guarantee their professional development.
