Our virtual nutritionist! FitMe creates nutritional plans and suggests semi-customized exercise routines, based on physical and biochemical health indicators, habits and risk factors for each individual.
Our virtual gym! A platform with on-demand videos of physical activities and exercises to strengthen the body and promote health.
Through this program, we learn the basics of practicing Mindfulness and initiate the awakening of our consciousness.
Virtual video game tournament that unites the Softtekian gamer community around the world and encourages healthy competition.
We manage talent strategicially. We start with a process of evaluation and feedback, establish objectives and an individual development plan based on individual skills, and then identify the steps that guarantee their professional development.
