How Softtek comes into play

As a Blue Yonder partner with strong end-to-end delivery capabilities throughout the Americas, Softtek was engaged to embed Blue Yonder’s Space & Floor Planning and Assortment Management solutions into our client’s category management processes. Included in the implementation was the configuration of built-in tools (Category Knowledge Base, Open Access Web Publisher, and Space Automation Professional) that facilitate database administration, collaboration, publication, and automation.

To make the transformation sustainable and aligned to business goals at every step, Softtek divided the service into stages with built-in “quick wins” to provide early economic, operational, and human capital benefits throughout the transformation. Here are some highlights from the partnership:
