Quality Policy

The organisation, with the intention to provide quality and process improvements within our products and services assumes the responsibility and strong compromise to establish, develop and continually improve a Quality Management System based on the legislation within the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 in order to:

  • Satisfy customer needs, providing quality service based on an efficient management of all our resources during the required time frames.
  • Continuous analysis of information, both our own and the one provided by our clients to prevent possible issues and to continually improve processes.
  • Our goal is to achieve a working methodology based on anticipating and avoiding defects before they take place.
  • Continually improve the quality of our products and services.
  • Commitment to fulfill legal, normative and contractual requisites.

Top management request the collaboration from all employees to keep this compromise to quality during their daily activities, participating according to their own responsibility and authority levels.

To achieve these goals, this policy is communicated through all the organization to make sure it is known, understood and followed. The same is available for any interested third party that requests it. Additionally, the policy is revised, analyzed and updated for its continual adequacy.
